Home Budget Questions

I like your Home budget very much but here are are frustrating me:

1.  Is there a way to create an annual budget and then comparing the actual results to that budget using your program.

2. Is there a way to print out just the actual expenses for the categories without the pie charts.  I have many catagories im ny budget and the printouts become too busy and hard to read.

Thank you,

Jim

Hello Jim,

You can find total for each category on the Categories tab. It shows the amount for each category for selected month as well as YTD (Year to Date) amounts.

There is no actual budget table to enter the numbers in - Simple Home Budget works with your actual expenses.

Jim,

Please visit the following page:

https://simplehomebudget.com/help

It has many highlights about Simple Home Budget features including the Categories tab. The YTD columns are at the end on the Categories table.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Could you describe for me how I could use the categories tab to find the YTD totals, for each category. The instrutions aren't very clear on this matter as tofind the categories tab in the first place.

Thank you,
