Sriyani, I suspect you are using QuickBooks
US edition, but your computer has Canadian local settings or you are using QuickBooks
Canadian edition, but your computer has US local settings.
Click the US button on the Settings tab if you have QuickBooks
US edition and the Canada button is you have QuickBooks
Canadian edition, then click back on the Transactions tab and recreate the QFX file.
