importing investment transactions into Quicken 2010

Hi,
I am using Quicken 2010 version.  I downloaded the CSV2QFX convert to upload my investment transaction into Quicken.  When i click the upload, Quicken is trying to connect to Wells Fargo Bank and a pop up stated "Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download. Please try again later."  i try to locate in Quicken where can i change the bank information or the financial institution so the convert upload will work.
Please help.
Thanks,
sarah

Hi Sergiy,

I do not see QIF files type as one of the option in Quicken import.  There is only the Web Connect File (QFX).  So how do i going about it?
thanks,
sarah

Sarah,

This version should have QIF import - click File->Import->QIF File... under the main menu.
