Importing to an existing WebConnect account

I have a bank account that is now closed.   I have the data in CsV format.  I have CSV2QBO and it is working great, except that I am surely not mapping everything correctly or putting info into the settings correctly.  I import into QB Pro 2012, but when i try to import to an existing bank account, the account is not listed.  It forces me to create another.   I called QB to see if there was a way to move the transactions from one to antoehr but they were useless.   Any tips on how I can format your product to get the correct information?   I also downloaded CSV2IIF and I can't get that format to work either.  Similar problem.  It goes to import but asks me for an account.

To have the bank account listed on the QBO import, please do the following:

- open the Chart of Account and edit the account you need to import into
- click on the Online Services tab and select "Remove/Delete online services link", save the changes
- import the QBO file again

Outlook Web App (OWA), first released as Exchange Web Connect, and then renamed Outlook Web Access, is a client-side, Internet-based service for the Microsoft Exchange Server. Microsoft Exchange Server lets large organizations and businesses to control large databases of users, and clients use Outlook Web App to connect to the Exchange server. Clients can import and use their already existing address book from Microsoft Outlook.
