Yes I'm aware I could change the date format in the created CSV file on the dates that failed to output correctly, but I believe all dates shown after conversion should all be at least in the same format, which I totally understand may not be my preferred choice.
Having said that, no problem with your customer service. In my opinion it's your software that needs some tweaking.
Your file will be fully parsed in the trial mode, so you can verify that OFX2CSV understands your transactions file correctly.
You can create fully functional and loadable CSV, XLS, XLSX, PDF file before purchasing (with limitation to 10 transactions - this limitation is removed after you register).
Where is the manual how to use OFX2CSV?
Start OFX2CSV, it will show the file dialog to locate a one or more of OFX, OFC files. Click on the file (or hold CTRL and click on more than one file to select multiple files) and click Open on the file dialog.
