I need help downloading statements to my bank account on QB. For some reason, the CSV2QBO associated the files with 1st Advantage Bank (no idea who they are).

Hello,

you can change INTU.BID to your bank or any other listed bank on the Settings tab and recreate the QBO file.

If you already imported the QBO file as 1st advantage bank, please edit the account in QuickBooks, click on the Online Service tab, and select "Remove online services link" and save the changes.
