Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. We recommend trying the monthly plan for a month. Once everything works as you need it to, you can switch to the yearly plan.

How many users and computers does each license cover?

The license can be used by one person purchasing (or working for a company purchasing) on one computer.

Support is included before and after purchase

Before or after your purchase, you are covered. Please contact support anytime if you need any help with your conversions, and we will do our best to help you.

14 days money back guarantee

There is absolutely NO RISK to you. If there is an issue with software you purchased, please contact us within 14 days from the order date (for recurring orders, only the first order qualifies for the refund), and the issue will be fixed, or you will get 100% of your money back.

Can I install on a new computer that I will purchase soon?

Yes, please uninstall software on your old computer and install on your new computer and register with your registration code.
