Import QBO file without internet connection

I recently bought CSV2QBO and was trying to use it for the first time.  My problem is that I have no internet connection, and when I go to "online banking" and "import web connect file" I DO NOT see the "Select Bank Account" screen, as your web page shows. instead, QB 2012 asks me what bank I'm using and tries to connect to the internet... what to do??  I need to return to remote location, so hope you can reply quickly... -rick

During QBO import, QuickBooks requires active internet connection (regardless of INTU.BID value).

For offline import, you can use CSV2IIF.

for IIF files, your CSV file must have the column named "Account" or "Category" with expense account names for each transaction (like "Office expenses", "transportation", etc.)
