Not all transactions are loading in Quickbooks

I am having significant difficulty in getting my QBO file accepted by my QuickBooks.  When I load the .QBO file into my QuickBooks, it frequently recognizes only a fraction of the transactions that are actually listed.

I have attempted this numerous times with different time frames, etc., to no avail.

Note that all the transactions appear just fine in the CSV2QBO app itself.  They are just not loading into my QuickBooks, and I suspect it has something to do somehow with the output QBO file not being formatted the way the QuickBooks app needs it to be.

Please make sure Reference (Unique transaction ID) column is set to "do not use", unless you have it supplied by your bank and unique.

QuickBooks uses FITID (Reference) as unique transaction identifier and skips transactions during import with the same reference id. CSV2QBO generates unique references (unless told to use supplied one) to make sure you can import and reimport all transactions.
