unable to verify Financial Institution

I did the conversion and tried to import the file into QB 2015 Windows and i got an error message saying "QuickBooks is unable to verify the Financial Institute information for this download. Please try again later.

The bank and credit card account is with USAA. This bank is not on the list of when i looked up in INTU.BID. Please advise.

Please set default INTU.BID value 3000 and create new QBO file. The bank label on the QBO file is only a label, but has to be from allowed bank - you will choose actual account in QuickBooks during import.

Thanks! I was able to import the transactions into QB, however, the categories/ accounts assigned in the QIF file didn’t populate on the online banking. We will have to classify the charges ourselves. Is this always the case? Or is there something I need to do to get that imported as well?
QBO format does not carry the category/account. QuickBooks uses the account from matched vendor record when you do the matching in Bank Feeds center.
