Category in QFX files

Hello - I download a trial of CSV2QFX in hopes of being able to assign categories in Excel to credit card transactions, load them back into Quicken and have it match the lines up to avoid duplicates (doing it for expense reports my company requires to prepare in a separate file).  I see in the help file Category in the mapping but not in my menu with version  I cannot get the field to populate when I paste in my data (see attached).  I will gladly purchase the program if I can get to work.

Also, when I tested an import it looks like I will need to do it one credit card at a time and manually tell Quicken which card/account it is.  If there is a way for Quicken to determine it automatically from the account name please let me know.

Hello Damon,

QFX format does not carry the category field. Quicken provides renaming rules or uses the category of payee. QIF format imports the category. Use CSV2QIF at

CSV2QIF creates importable QIF files for all account types.
