Conversion for Capital one

When I convert it from csv to qbo, there is no option for capital one bank and keeps giving me an error. Do I always have to put in my account number and routing? Can't it just convert it withouth me putting in any of my information?

Yes, you can leave all default values as is including intu.bid as 3000 (wells fargo). All values are relevant only to qbo file, and not relevant to the account you are choosing during import.

What is your QuickBooks version and is the error message?

Once the QBO file is imported, you can edit the account again and remove "online services link" and then link the account again to actual online bank.
