Quicken created a new account

I wanted to import the transactions into an existing account, but Quicken created a new one.  Did I make any error?  How can I be sure that future transactions will be imported correctly?

Quicken shows the dialog during import to create new account or choose existing one. Did you see that dialog during import?

You can cut and paste already imported transactions from new account to correct one:

- open new account
- right click on the transactions grid
- select "select all transactions"
- right click again and select "cut transactions"
- open other account
- right click on the transactions grid and select "paste transactions"
- edit new account and delete it
