If you have already installed the trial version and purchased the software license, no additional download is required after your purchase - your trial version is the full version. You must activate (or unlock) the software with your registration code. You do not need to switch from a trial to a paid app.
The ProperConvert app is available for Windows and macOS.
To install the app on Windows, start the installer and follow the steps.
To install the app on macOS, unzip it and copy it under the Applications folder on your computer.
How to unlock the app
When you order a software license and complete your order, you receive an order confirmation email and an order fulfillment email. The order fulfillment email contains the registration code to register the software.
If you did not receive an email with the registration code, please visit the customer page and enter your email to have the code resent to you.
Please copy the registration code from the order confirmation email. The registration code looks like the following (do not copy from below; copy from your order confirmation email):

Start the software (trial version, installed on your computer) and select Help->Unlock/Register under the main menu (PC or Mac version). The registration window has one long text field where the registration code should be pasted automatically if you copied it correctly. If the registration text field is empty, paste the registration code there.
Click the Activate button to activate your registration code. You will see the "Registration is confirmed. Thank you!" message if the registration code is correct.
How to switch software to a new computer
If you purchased one or more converters before and need to switch to a new computer, please follow the steps below:
On your existing computer, start the software and click Help->Register and copy the registration code (send it to yourself by email so you have access to it on your computer)
Click File->Open Mapping folder
Copy mapping files from the file explorer window to an external drive
Download the software on your new computer from the home page
Install it and start it for the first time
Click "I have the registration code" and copy your registration code and activate the software
Click File->Open Mapping folder
Move or copy mapping files from the external to the opened mapping folder
Restart the converter
Uninstall the software on your existing computer
I have the trial version. What will happen when I purchase?
I have the trial version. When I buy it, will I receive a link to download it? How does it happen?
The trial version is the full version without the registration code entered. Before the registration code is purchased and entered, the trial version limits the output to 10 transactions per file.
When you purchase the license, the following will happen:
You will receive a registration code
If you already have the trial version, there is no need to download anything else
Copy the registration code and start the application (the trial version has already been installed on your computer).
Select Help->Unlock under the main menu. If you copied the registration code earlier, the registration window should already paste it for you (if it did not paste, please paste it using your keyboard).
Click the Register button to complete the registration (you should see a message that your registration code is confirmed).
If you purchased the license before installing the trial version, you can install it after purchasing. When you start the application for the first time, look for "I already purchased" button to enter your registration code without requesting the trial license.
Trial Limit 10 transactions
You can try the software before purchasing.
You can see all transactions parsed inside the application to verify the parsing of your file is working.
With your trial license, you can convert up to 10 transactions per file to verify the app can create a correct file that your accounting of personal finance software can import.
You can purchase the subscription for one month to convert without limits.
I purchased the license, but still can convert only a few transactions
Please make sure that the software is activated with the registration code provided with your order confirmation email.
When you purchase the license and your order is completed, you should receive an email with the registration code. In most cases, the code is shown to you on the page right after the payment details are submitted. If the payment is not approved instantly, you should get the registration code by email as soon as your payment is approved.
Once you have the registration code, start the software installed on your computer and select Help and then Unlock under the main menu and paste the code on the registration window. You should get a message that your registration is confirmed.
How many times can I install the software?
A user license permits you to install it on your computer as long as you are only the user. If you have a new computer, deactivate the license on your old computer and uninstall the software. Then install it on your new computer.
The Team (up to three users/devices) license permits installation on up to three computers, with an overall number of users not exceeding three. When a user leaves your company, the license can be transferred to other users, keeping the overall number of users/devices up to three.
The Enterprise license is customized for each company (customer). Please contact support@propersoft.net with the number of users, and you will receive a custom quote.
Can't locate my license / registration code

You should receive the registration code to the email used with your order as soon as your order is completed. If your credit card payment is immediately confirmed (for most cases it is), you should see the registration code on the confirmation page as well.
You may receive an email that your order is currently processing. It means that your payment will take a little longer to process due to various reasons.
If it has already been more than a couple of hours since you placed your order, please send an email to support@propersoft.net (please email from the email used with the order). It could be that your email provided for the order has a typo.
I bought the license, but still asked for the registration number
