The "Personal" license means one person purchasing the software can use the software on one computer plus one travel computer. You cannot provide your registration code to other person including your accountant, they need to purchase a separate license.
The "Professional" license means one person purchasing the software can use the software on up to three computers (for example, office computer, home computer and travel computer). You cannot provide your registration code to another person including your accountant, they need to purchase a separate license.
The "Multi-User" license means a company purchasing the software that can be used by up to three users and each user can use the software on up to two computers (for example, office computer and travel laptop).
"Permanent License" means you own the license with your payment and keep using the software indefinitely. Support is included for the specified period for the price.
The "Pro Subscription" license means you can use any converters and get support with your active subscription. You can purchase for one month or one year and there is no lock in. You can cancel your subscription using the link in your order confirmation email or just send a support email asking to cancel.
Before or after your purchase, you are covered. Please contact support anytime if your file is not parsed or converted correctly, and we will resolve the issue in timely manner (users with active conversion support do have priority, but you can be sure we will do our best to help you).
What is Premium Support included with my purchase?
