Command line interface definition? Is there a way to specify the account number?

Is there a comprehensive listing of the command line interface?  I'm specifically interested in CSV2OFX.

Here's the use case:  I have two accounts at the same bank, so I need to download CSVs for both accounts.  I'd like to be able to convert them both to OFX automatically via a command line script.  In order for them to be automatically imported into the right account in Microsoft Money, the account number needs to be embedded into the OFX file.  However, it looks like the only way to specify the account number is via the GUI.

Is there a way to specify it on the command line so I can script it?

The command line interface is the following:

CSV2OFX.exe [mapping name] "source.csv" "output.ofx"

You can supply account ID as the part of CSV file (has to be the column with column name "Account ID" and account ID value supplied for all transactions.
