HI guys,

Great set of converters. Something I use nearly everyday serving our clients.

Ran into my first snag and wondering if you have advice on this.

I created an excel file with some credit card transactions from an inactive credit card account that I wanted to upload into QuickBooks.

This is after having successfully uploading chequing and two other credit card accounts using your software.

When I tried to upload the qbo file QuickBooks came back with an OL-222 error.

I tried changing the bank code and the account numbers but I could not get past the OL-222 error.

Any suggestions?

Hello Jan,

Try to enter different account id on the settings tab before saving the qbo file.

If possible, please send you csv and qbo files, and it will allow to identify the issue quickly.
