Import a QBO, QFX or OFX file into Kashoo

Kashoo imports transactions from QBO, QFX and OFX files under Banking. If your transactions are in another format, such as CSV, Excel or PDF, convert them to one of these with ProperConvert first.

Steps to import into Kashoo

1. Log in to Kashoo.
2. Click Banking.
3. Select the bank or credit card account.
4. Click Browse.
5. Select the QBO, QFX or OFX file, then click Upload.

The transactions are now imported, and you categorize them:

1. Select Add Expense.
2. Choose the Supplier and the Account (the expense account).
3. Click Add Statement.
4. Continue for all transactions.

Delete imported transactions

If you do not want certain transactions, or you imported the wrong statement, click Remove Unmatched Rows. The unmatched imported transactions are removed.
